Beer Muffins

Ingredients:

Bisquick

Sugar

Malt Beer
(No Lite or Fake Beer!)



3 cups

1/2 cup

~2/3 bottle
(1 cup to 1 1/2 cups)
Steps:

1) Mix sugar and Bisquick.

2) Add beer until mixes well, but not runny (1 cup to 1 1/2 cups).

3) Grease muffin tin or use cupcake holders. Spoon mixture into tin.

4) Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
